Resources for Undocumented Students and Mixed Status Families

The Legal Rights Department provides immigration legal services that uplift the rights and dignity of our community members. Our services bring individuals along a continuum from undocumented to documented to lawful permanent resident to citizen to engaged leader in our community so we can create a more inclusive democracy.

Established in 1979, the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) is one of the leading advocacy organizations in the U.S. dedicated to advancing and defending the rights and opportunities of low-income immigrants and their loved ones.

The Center provides support and advocacy to those in need and to ensures that legal services address these complex issues and are provided in a culturally competent manner.
