- Privacy in the Age of AI: What has changed and what should we do about it?This article discusses the intersection of privacy and artificial intelligence (AI). The authors utilize documented AI privacy incidents from the AI, Algorithmic and Automation Incident and Controversy Repository (AIAAIC) and apply Solove’s taxonomy of privacy with the result that AI exacerbates known privacy intrusions and creates new ones in addition. The authors also interviewed industry AI practitioners to evaluate whether they possess the ability to mitigate these AI privacy threats.
