The Paul Ecke Ranch Working Community

Working History of the Paul Ecke Ranch

A key component of the Paul Ecke Ranch were its employees from the Ranch’s origins in the early 1900s to its eventual sale to the Dutch-based Agribo Group in 2012.

Here we provide more information about the work that was done between 1911 to 2012, at the Paul Ecke Ranch beginning in Eagle Rock (Los Angeles) to Encinitas, California, to Antigua, Guatemala, by its farm workers, sales people, and customer service representatives.

Who Is This Guide For?
