Managing your Library Reserves

Adding collaborators to your Library Reserves List

You can add another faculty members to your Library Reserves List if you would like to collaborate on building a list together or are teaching a joint class. These collaborators can view and edit lists.


  1. Click on the List details option
  2. Click on Manage collaborators.
  3. Click Add Collaborators and enter name of the person you want to add.
  4. Select from the dropdown the access of the collaborator (Can edit list/ List Owner)
  5. Click Save.

Editing and Deleting collaborator access


  1. Navigate to Canvas, open the Course navigation menu and select Library Reserves.
  2. Once the list loads, click List Info on the top banner. A menu will pop up.
  3. Click on Manage collaborators.
  4. Edit access or Delete collaborator. 
  5. Save
