Managing your Library Reserves

Publishing a list

When your Library Reserves List is complete, you must publish it in order for your students to view it. The banner at the top of the list indicates when a list is not visible to students.

  • Click "My list is ready" to publish.

The Library will be notified when you publish a list and staff will review items requiring action.


  • Any edits made to lists after publishing will be visible to students. 

Unpublishing a list

To unpublish a list, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Canvas, open the Course navigation menu and select Library Reserves.
  2. Once the list loads, click the ... on the top navigation banner.
  3. Click Unpublish list
